Red, oozing nipples can be a sign of Paget's disease, a rare form of breast cancer. This form can appear with or without a lump. Many times, the only symptoms a rashy, oozing nipple on one breast. Call your doctor immediately if you have a nipple that burns, itches or oozes fluid. Whether you have Paget's disease or not, you'll want to get relief of your symptoms as soon as possible.
